Poster Format
IDSSC 2024 invites senior faculty members, subject experts, junior researchers, and students to a poster session that gives them an opportunity to interact and share their ideas. We welcome you to submit your posters, which are not limited to congress topics.
By April 26, 2024, your poster abstract must be sent electronically to vebist@valor.com.tr in WORD or PDF file format.
A short CV of the person(s) who prepared the poster should be submitted.
Selection process will be based on the scientific and technical attractiveness of the poster topic, its potential to attract the attention of IDSSC 2024 participants, the experience of the presenters, and the overall balance in the congress program.
Selected Posters will be exhibited in the Exhibition Area and explanations can be made on-site.
Poster Rules
Poster Size and quantity: A0 portrait and 1 piece
The space designed for poster boards or sessions is limited by the size and number of posters.
All posters must be checked for typographic and grammatical errors and visual (use of color) quality.
Submission Guidelines
Make corrections before submitting your Poster Abstract!
- Check your summary length.
- Check the spelling of everyone’s name.
- Plan arrangements before you start.
The conference reserves the right to reject or modify abstracts based on but not limited to the following criteria:
- Abstracts do not follow style rules; including excessive length (contributed abstract body text is limited to approximately 250-300 words).
- Summaries contain inappropriate content.
- Summaries fall outside the scope of the meeting.
